Overview

The Luxury Ride dashboard is a comprehensive tool that facilitates the following:

  1. Tracking: Allows management and employees to monitor the progress of buying, selling, and servicing luxury cars.

  2. Process Overview: Store managers can mark the progress of various processes, ensuring management is informed at all times.

  3. Data Access: Provides management with admin rights to access detailed data on all processes.

  4. User Roles: Differentiates access and functionality based on user roles (e.g., management vs. store managers).

To design a minimal and intuitive dashboard for Luxury Ride that enables seamless tracking of the buying, selling, and servicing processes for luxury cars.

Objectives

Problems

Upon discussing the aims of the project, we ran into several issues that are currently encountered with an offline setup of the business:

Inefficient Tracking: Existing systems for tracking car buying, selling, and servicing processes are fragmented and inefficient.

Lack of Transparency: Management lacks real-time visibility into the progress of car-related processes, leading to delays in decision-making.

Communication Gaps: Store managers and management struggle with communication regarding the status of various cars in the pipeline.

Operational Inefficiencies: High overhead costs and inter-department dependencies distorted reporting.

Consumer Research &

Competitive Study

To better understand these questions, we started with a consumer

survey to see how often people use platforms like ours. By looking

at our competition and using our earlier research, we got more ideas

and started designing the first versions of the consumer app.
